The On The Rocks range enables you to produce great tasting fruit ciders at home, quickly and easily. Each On The Rocks kit contains 1.7kg of premium apple concentrate and a carefully developed fruit add back pack which contains real fruit juice to enhance the awesome fruity flavours in every last drop.
Mangrove Jacks cider enhancer is a specifically designed recipe to compliment and improve the flavour, mouthfeel and aroma of any cider kit using a bespoke blend of sugars and concentrates. For just a few pence extra per pint, you can take your cider to the next level and make the most of your brewing. It’s commonplace in beer making to find enhancers and extracts to make a better pint, now for the first time you can do the same for your favourite cider kit with an enhancer developed specifically for the job. The Cider Enhancer has been specially formulated to give a Full Bodied Cider.
Apple: A great tasting Apple Cider with a crisp refreshing taste. This is a fine example of Apple Cider with plenty of character from start to finish. 5.9% ABV.
Pear: A truly remarkable flavour of juicy ripe pears in every sip, a naturally refreshing taste with a smooth character, even more enjoyable in the summer time. 5.9% ABV.
Blueberry: A subtle hint of zingy yet sweet blueberries that tickle those taste buds, so lively but yet so refreshing. 5.9% ABV.
Raspberry & Lime: Full of flavour with a fresh lush Raspberries hit follow by a sharp twist of lime at the end balances this one out well, a proper thirst quencher. 5.9% ABV.
Mixed Berry: A really lively and refreshing taste with a burst of Mixed Berries to really tingle those taste buds. 5.9% ABV.
Guava: A very distinct taste, the perfect compliment for the Apple kit. A truly exotic brew. 5.9% ABV.
Peach & Mango: Fruity & tropical, the sweat Peach and juicy Mango flavours are well balanced to form this crisp cider. 5.9% ABV.
These kits require 1.3kg of Brewing Sugar or Mangrove Jacks Cider Enhancer & the addition of water.
