Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Worldwide Dusseldorf Alt is brewed in Dusseldorf situated in the historical region of Rhineland, Germany. Dark copper in colour with a fruity, clean, crisp taste comparable to the British Pale Ale.
Each Gozdawa Worldwide beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Ale kit comes with a speciality 7g Old German Altbier 9 Ale yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Altbier.
These beer kits require the addition of 1kg Brewing Sugar, ABV of 3.8-4.2%.
Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 days.
