Gozdawa Worldwide Belgian Dark Ale is much darker than your traditional than your Belgian style beer. Rich in flavour to the obtain the Belgian beer characteristics & low level of bitterness.
Each Gozdawa Worldwide beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Ale kit comes with a speciality 7g Belgian Fruit & Spice Ale yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Dark Ale.
These beer kits require the addition of 1kg Brewing Sugar, ABV of 3.8-4.2%.
Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 days.
