Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Ltd was born of a shared passion for making different kinds of beer at home. We only use the best yeasts strains and match them to our beers according to type and method of fermentation. The Expert range includes 3.4kg of premium malt extract in order to create a truly outstanding beverage.
Gozdawa Expert Baltic Porter is a modern twist on the imperial stout & was derived from the Baltic region in the nineteenth century. Dark as the night sky with similar malty tastes to an English brown porter & roast of a schwarzbier.
Each Gozdawa Expert beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced unhopped & 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular beer kit comes with a speciality 7g GLW35 German Lager yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect beer. The Expert range also includes 14g of hops & infusion bag.
Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 day.
