Australian Blend 23l 30 Bottle 7 Day Red Wine Kit – Merlot
The Merlot wine making kit will produce a full bodied red with well balanced tannins, a bit softer than the Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot produced has the typical hint of plums and is medium dry. A perfect choice to go with most meat dishes.
All ingredients you need are in the box, just add water to make 23 litres of delicious new world style Merlot red wine in 7 days. The wine can be consumed after 7 days but the wine flavours & aromas will benefit from being stored, allowing the wine to mature. Each kit contains 5L of grape concentrate.
